But you should know that reaching a diagnosis can be hard.
Sometimes it can take a long time. And sometimes it is hard to find
out exactly what is wrong. Ask your doctor to explain what you have
and how it might affect you and your family:

What is my
prognosis (outlook for the future)?
What changes,
if any, will I need to make in my daily life?
